This year, Night By You is helping establish the first ever Water Street Costume Court. Become Water Street royalty by being one of the five best costumed men or women at the Block Party. To enter the contest, simply have your picture taken at the Night By You photo booth in the activites tent between 6 and 10 o'clock. The Court will be presented on the main stage at 10:30 where the King and Queen of Water Street Entertainment District will be crowned and given their riches.

Prizes: All members of the court will reieve gift cards to Water Street Entertainment District Businesses.
Details: 5 Men and 5 Women will be selected based on the quality and creativity of their costumes. The best Men's and Women's costumes will be named King and Queen. To enter, you must take your picture at the Night By You photo booth. You must be 21+ to participate. Judging conducted by 2 Night By You staff members and guest judge Jon Boles of Promo MKE.
